⚘ Please Note - Once pregnant, it is recommended to discontinue this tea until after birth, as some herbs may stimulate uterine activity and increase the risk of premature labour.
Instructions for Use
For the perfect infusion, boil freshly drawn water and leave to cool for 1-2 minutes, before adding to approximately one teaspoon of tea blend per serving (approximately 300-500ml).
The tea blend may either be infused into the water with a diffuser, or simply added to, and left in, the same mug/cup as the water.
Allow tea blend to diffuse into water before drinking, for around 3-5 minutes, depending on preferred strength.
Storage
Store in cool, dry place away from strong sunlight and odours. Once opened, store in air air-tight container for best quality.
