The Fertility Mix

The Fertility Mix has been developed to help support a healthy reproductive system by addressing imbalances in hormonal cycles, improving womb health, and promoting fertility.

It helps towards a quality period and ovulation, as well as reducing the effects of hormonal skin and mood fluctuations.

Available in a re-sealable pouch, glass jar, or jar refill pack - all options include 5x tea bags.

Raspberry Leaf:

• Increases blood to the uterus, which nourishes and thickens it, during the luteal phase of the cycle
• Contains phyto-progesterone properties which may help increase levels of progesterone levels and enhance fertility
  

Nettle Leaf:

• Enhances libido
  
• Regulates hormones
  
• Helps to rid the body of toxic oestrogens

Peppermint:

• Balances hormones and helps regulate ovulation and menstruation
  
• Tones and strengthens the uterus walls in preparation for implantation
  
• Relieves gas and bloating during pregnancy
  

Red Clover:

• Thickens the lining of the uterus, which raises the chances of implantation and pregnancy
• May help regulate estrogen levels for women which may influence both ovulation and fetal development
• May create a more regular menstrual cycle

Dried Raspberry Fruit:

• Contains natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatory phytonutrients, which both improve fertility.
• Rich in folate and vitamin C which help to assist fetal development

Please Note:

• Once pregnant, it is recommended to stop drinking this tea until after giving birth, due to the risk of the tea causing premature labour if consumed after becoming pregnant.
  

For the perfect infusion, boil freshly drawn water and leave to cool for 1-2 minutes, before adding to approximately one teaspoon of tea blend per serving (approximately 300-500ml).

The tea blend may either be infused into the water with a diffuser, or simply added to, and left in, the same mug/cup as the water.

Allow tea blend to diffuse into water before drinking, for around 3-5 minutes, depending on preferred strength.

Storage

Store in cool, dry place away from strong sunlight and odours. Once opened, store in air air-tight container for best quality.
