Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return a product for an exchange or refund.

Please note that all returns must be returned in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

For tea products, returns can only be accepted on sealed pouches, where the seal has not been broken or tampered with. Jars of tea cannot be returned, due to the jars not having a safety seal.

Unless the product is deemed faulty, the cost of the return postage must be covered by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure returns items are delivered safely to us, and therefore a tracked return method is recommended.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days from the time of receiving your item(s).
