The Bedtime Mix

A calming tea which provides anxiety relief and improves sleep.

Stress, worrying and insecurities may often cause us to be fearful about what may be around the corner in life. We may often find ourselves lying in bed at night worrying about what the future may bring. This tea blend is designed to help ease these feelings of anxiety, and maximise your quality of sleep.

Available in a re-sealable pouch, glass jar, or jar refill pack - all options include 5x tea bags.

Passion Flower:

• Boosts GABA levels in the brain which promotes relaxation
• Shown to ease anxiety with fewer side effects than prescribed sedatives
• Calms your mind
• Soothes your stomach
• Used to treat insomnia as it helps promote sleep

Lemon balm:

• Soothes symptoms of stress and anxiety
• Boosts cognitive function
• Helps ease insomnia and other sleep disorders

Peppermint:

• Calms the muscles of the stomach for gas to pass and improves the flow of bile
• Soothes stomach pain and nausea
• A natural decongestant and fever-reducer
• Relieves stress

Liquorice:

• Eases digestive problems and soothes nausea and upset stomach symptoms
• Boasts antispasmodic effects which reduces gas and bloating

Chamomile:

• Helps to relax the body and induce sleep
• Possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects
• Possesses anti-spasmodic properties which soothes menstrual pains
• Reduces cold and flu symptoms due to its antibacterial properties

For the perfect infusion, boil freshly drawn water and leave to cool for 1-2 minutes, before adding to approximately one teaspoon of tea blend per serving (approximately 300-500ml).

The tea blend may either be infused into the water with a diffuser, or simply added to, and left in, the same mug/cup as the water.

Allow tea blend to diffuse into water before drinking, for around 3-5 minutes, depending on preferred strength.

Storage

Store in cool, dry place away from strong sunlight and odours. Once opened, store in air air-tight container for best quality.
